Wadsworth High School: The Maria Fortner Foundation Scholarship
Once a Grizzly, always a Grizzly. Maria’s journey began in these same hallways. We are honored to help the next generation of Grizzlies find their path.
About the Award

This Scholarship supports high school seniors who have demonstrated qualities, characteristics, and a spirit closely resembling Maria.
"Maria was a proud Wadsworth Grizzly. It was here she first developed the discipline, faith, and heart for service that defined her life.
This scholarship honors the rare combination of the perseverance to overcome any obstacle; the kindness to lift others up along the way. We are proud to invest in the next generation of Grizzlies."
